Reshipment

  Goods can be exchanged or taken back only (within 4 weeks starting from delivery date and in
original packing) if a written agreement preceded for our part. Reshipment free of charge is regarded
as agreed upon tacitly. Resulting costs for catching up are taken by the customer. Special
equipments and articles already installed are excluded from exchange.
